Fluoride

The Fluoride Action Network released a study according to which fluoride is associated with a lower IQ. About 34 studies link fluoride to lower IQ in people, and many other studies suggest that fluoride affects learning and memory impairment, lead to fetal brain damage, and altered neurobehavioral function.

UNICEF sponsored a study according to which just 0.88 mg/l of fluoride affect IQ. This amount is added to drinking water systems in the US, and over 200 million Americans actually drink the toxin.

All you have to do is install a high-quality water filter, and you will no longer drink “fluoride-enriched” water.

Heavy metals

Heavy meals can’t be easily removed, and they are added to vaccines, dental procedure, agricultural chemicals, industrial pollution, fish, chicken, etc.

Avoid artificial sweeteners, and read the labels. Stay away from AminoSweet, as it’s the other name of aspartame.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG)

It’s concentrated salt added to products to boost their flavor.

Dr. Blaylock says that MSC causes “silent” damage to the brain, and may cause Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other brain diseases.

Don’t eat processed foods, and stay away from everything that contains monosodium glutamate and yeast extract. Chinese foods are packed with MSG. so, next time you eat in a Chinese restaurant, ask them not to add MSG to your food.
