Skin color can become darker for several reasons: stress, certain diseases, bad nutrition, prolong sun exposure and many other things. The good news is that you can get a lighter skin with the help of natural remedies, in a cheap way with remarkable results.

Use honey. It has many benefits to the skin because it has antibacterial properties and can be used for any type of complexion. To lighten your skin with honey you just have to apply organic honey on your skin, before going to bed, leaving it to cat for half an hour. Rinse with lukewarm water and wipe your face with a clean towel.

Use lemon. Vitamin C in lemon encourages the development of new cells making it a natural bleaching agent. Put some lemon juice on a cotton pad then apply it on the face. Don't use it if you have open lesions on your face because it can cause irritation. Let it act for an hour then rinse with cold water. Do this process before going to bed, because is not recommended to go outside afterwards.

Use yogurt. It contains lactic acid that helps to lighten up your skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey then apply the mask on your face and let it cat for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Use flour. Mix 1 teaspoon of flour with some water until you form a consistent paste. Apply the paste on your face and let it dry then rinse with warm water.

Use cucumber slices. It's the best natural remedy with calming effect over your skin. Slice one cucumber and cover your face with those slices leaving them to act for 30 minutes. You can do this while taking a bubble bath.

Massage your skin with almond oil. If you want to get rid of wrinkles and lighten your skin, then almond oil is the another best remedy. It contains fatty acids and minerals that make your skin look brighter and opening its color tone. All you have to do is massage your skin with almond oil three times a week for two weeks.

Use warm goat's milk. Massage your skin with warm milk twice a day for two weeks. Not only that will open the skin color but it will help you to get rid of skin irritation or sunburnt.
