Then, take a small amount of this mixture to massage the oils into your feet as gentle as possible. After you stimulated the blood flow in your feet, soak them in warm water in which you added the rest of the mixture. You can repeat this 3 days a week or as long as you think it is necessary.

Cayenne pepper soak
