Lemon paste to reduce swollen ankles

First of all, we need to gather all the ingredients necessary. This means you will need 1 cup of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of milk. I like this home remedy best because it also softens your feet while taking care of the problem.

Thus, all you have to do is mix these ingredients in a bowl until you get a paste. Then, gently apply this paste all over your swollen ankles and let it act for a couple of hours. However, I found it best to apply it at night and leave the mixture do its thing overnight. So you could also opt for this. You could wake up in the morning with soft and swollen-free ankles.

This solution works mostly due to anti-inflammatory properties of the lemon juice but in combination with cinnamon and olive oil, you will get the most effective remedy. Not to mention, the olive oil will make your skin so soft, you will want to try this every night.
