One of the simplest and most effective natural remedies to get rid of a stye is potato. This vegetable has astringent properties, reduces irritation and accelerates tissue healing. In addition, the potato has ingredients that relieve inflammation and pain.

How to proceed:
Peel the potato, grate it, and put it in a piece of gauze. Apply it on the affected eye, let it act for 5 to 10 minutes, and then rinse.
You can rinse the area with coriander tea, prepared as it follows:
Put 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds in 200 ml of water to boil for 15 minutes. Let the mixture to cool, and then rinse the affected eye.
